Service description

Redball Cricket Dashboard provides cricket analytics, rankings, and insights. Free and paid plans have different access levels and usage limits.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Free trial

New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial with full access to all premium features. Your payment method is authorised at signup but not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

By starting a free trial, you request immediate access to the digital content and services provided by Redball Cricket Dashboard. You acknowledge that this immediate access means you may lose your right to cancel under distance selling regulations once the trial converts to a paid subscription, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged the applicable plan fee.

Subscriptions & billing

Monthly plan: £5/month. Annual plan: £40/year (save 33%). Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Cancelled or expired subscriptions revert to a free tier with limited access (5 page views per day, restricted to core dashboards: Player Batting, Player Bowling, Rankings, and Player Search). Because all subscriptions include a 14-day free trial, all payments after the trial period are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period. Stripe processes payments and stores card data; we do not store card details directly. Failed payments can result in downgrade, pause, or cancellation of premium access.

Acceptable use

No abusive scraping, automated extraction, or account sharing. No attacks, abuse, or attempts to bypass authentication or usage gating. No unlawful or harmful use of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The website, software, analytics pipeline, and UI are owned by Redball Cricket Stats. You retain rights to any content you submit where applicable. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service without written permission.

Disclaimers

Statistics and outputs are provided on an "as is" basis and may contain inaccuracies. Cricket data is sourced from third parties and we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. The service is not professional financial, legal, or betting advice. Do not rely on the service for wagering or investment decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the prior 3 months.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, or terms violations. On termination, your account reverts to the free tier.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. However, nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
