Who we are

Redball Cricket Dashboard is operated by Redball Cricket Stats. For privacy enquiries, contact support@redballcricketstats.com.

What we collect

• Account data: email and Firebase user ID (UID).
• Subscription data: plan type, subscription status, Stripe customer/subscription IDs.
• Usage analytics: `tb_user_activity` records (e.g., page type, endpoint, response time).
• Search analytics: `tb_search_log` records (e.g., search term and timestamp).
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device details, auth cookies/tokens.

Why we collect it

• To provide authentication, access control, usage limits, and dashboard functionality.
• To process billing/subscriptions via Stripe.
• To secure the platform and detect abuse/fraud.
• To monitor reliability and improve product performance.

Who we share with

• Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing.
• Google Cloud (including Cloud Run/Cloud Logging) for hosting and operational logs.
• Email/support providers used for support communication (if configured).

We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

• Activity/search analytics may be retained for approximately 90–365 days.
• Account and billing references are retained while your account is active.
• After account deletion, certain operational/legal records may be retained for up to 30 days.
