Refund Policy

Monthly plans

Monthly payments are non-refundable after payment is captured. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, annual fees are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@redballcricketstats.com with your account email and Stripe billing email. We may request supporting payment details.

Effect of refund

When a refund is approved and processed, premium access is revoked and your account reverts to the free plan.

Failed payments and chargebacks

• Failed recurring payments may pause or cancel subscription benefits.
• Chargebacks may result in immediate account restrictions during review.
