Free trial

All subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. Your card is authorised at signup but is not charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the 14 days and pay nothing. Trial cancellations take effect at the end of the trial period — you keep full access until then.

The 14-day free trial is provided so you can fully evaluate the service before any payment is taken. By completing the trial without cancelling, you confirm that the service meets your expectations and you consent to being charged.

No-refund policy

Because every subscription includes a 14-day evaluation period at no cost, all payments after the trial period are final and non-refundable. This applies to both Monthly (£5/month) and Annual (£40/year) plans, including the first charge after your trial ends and all subsequent renewals.

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

Failed payments and chargebacks

Failed recurring payments may pause or cancel subscription benefits. Chargebacks may result in immediate account restrictions during review. We encourage you to contact support@redballcricketstats.com directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
